Can I email my order in?
Because we are a very busy bakery (and unable to respond to every email request as quickly as we’d like), we would direct shipping orders to our online store. Please click here. Please call us at (610) 527-7323 during operating hours if you have any questions.

What days do you ship?
We ship on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

When can I place my order?
Tuesday through Friday 10am - 7pm & Sundays 10pm - 4pm. We ask that you place your order 48 hours in advance (i.e. if you would like your order to be purchased on Tuesday please place your order by 4pm on Sunday).

How do you ship your products?
We ship our products via UPS. Each item is individually wrapped and packaged specially to endure the shipping process, and we take every measure on our end to ensure that your treats will arrive in perfect condition. However, once the package leaves SFB we cannot be responsible for how the carrier handles them. We recommend items to be shipped “Next Day” to ensure freshness, but we will quote you all of the shipping/timing options when you call. Please call us for a quote at (610) 527-7323.

How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost varies, depending on the weight of your order and where it is being shipped. Please call for a quote at (610) 527-7323.

What is the handling fee?
For national shipping, we charge a $5 handling fee to cover the increased cost of packaging and labor that is associated with shipping our delicious baked goods.

I've been in your store and would like to order my favorite product that I don't see on the shipping list - can I substitute other items?
The items that we ship are the items that we believe endure the shipping process most easily. Unfortunately we can not substitute other items.

How do you ship your cupcakes?
Each cupcake is individually wrapped and the frosting for all of them is sent in containers on the side.

How do I store your products?
Included in each package is information on how best to store your items. Most important is that your items stay air-tight (either wrapped or in a container) to ensure freshness.

Do I need to be home when the packages arrive?
Although we recommend that someone be home to receive your package we understand that is not always possible. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible if someone is not home. The package will be left at the door if no one is there to receive it. We unfortunately cannot be responsible if circumstances prohibit your package from being delivered on time (i.e. inclement weather, road conditions, etc.).
